FAQ’s
How long will my delivery take?
We aim to have your delivery with you within 2 – 3 working days (wholesale delivery is 10 working days) apart from personalised items which we ask to allow up to 10 days however, you are likely to receive this a lot sooner. All deliveries are sent via DPD tracked.
What happens if I’m not home?
As with all couriers, delivery will be attempted up to 3 times, a card will be left through your door to arrange delivery if you’re not home. If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, the buyer will be responsible for any redelivery costs that may occur.
Can I send my delivery to a different address?
Yes, please enter the address details at checkout.
RISK OF LOSS
All products purchased from Sapphire Home are made pursuant to a shipping contract. By submitting and paying for an electronic order, will result in a binding contract and an acceptance email will be sent to confirm acceptance of your order. Once the order is received by yourself, the risk of loss for all items purchased, will transfer to you, the buyer.
